How Long Will it Take for My Pad to Inflate?

Well, it depends! Factors such as size, baffle patterns, and insulation all influence flow. Larger, more convoluted pads will take longer, and may appear less full.

Ultralight pads like the Nemo Tensor or the Therm-a-Rest NeoAir take as low as three minutes for the standard sizes. Thicker or larger pads like the Big Agnes Rapide SL or Kilos Gears Elite will take longer while the Alpenblow fills the larger baffles and small crevices.
